I told my mother about the European identity wallet. She's 79 and on our advisory board, so she gets the early briefings.

She asked when she'd open it.

I said: when you go to an office. Renew something. Maybe once a year.

She thought about that for a moment and said:

"Then why would I remember I have it?"

Eight words. That's the retention problem, and I don't think the industry has an answer to it yet.

An app you open once a year isn't an app. It's a drawer.

She opens hers every day. Never once for identity.

If Oma understands it, everyone does.

hashID is how you get to be yourself, without having to explain yourself.
And you live it every day. With your people. And with everything you do.
